We are food connoisseurs, passionate about sourcing, cooking and eating great food.

For us the preparation and sharing of meals is the foundation of life. When we moved to the Blue Mountains with our young family we decided to create a business that spoke to who we are.

Fish and Fowl was one of the first businesses to offer gourmet ingredients to the Blue Mountains community, sourcing and supplying fine seafood, quality poultry, premium charcuterie, specialty cheeses, dry goods and artisan regional produce.

Our commitment to quality and freshness was unrivalled and our produce was embraced wholeheartedly by retail customers and the finest local chefs.

Our latest professional venture, Sublime Providores, was created in September 2023 as a boutique providore and specialty food business supplying restaurants in the Blue Mountains, Lithgow and Mudgee region.
