Seafood is at the heart of our product range. We have an in-depth, specialist knowledge of the fresh seafood available in Sydney, where to source it from and how to prepare it, with a focus on sustainability.

We source our seafood from the Sydney Fish Market commercial auction, sustainable aquaculture businesses and major wholesalers.  Our detailed knowledge and understanding of seafood enables us to bring you product of the highest quality.

In addition we supply free range poultry, game, charcuterie, smallgoods, cheese, oils and olives, vinegars, condiments, baking ingredients, couverture chocolate, Japanese speciality products, native ingredients, artisan and regional produce. We have distributor arrangements with a number of major wholesalers and importers.
